Peptide Synthesis

In the branch of Organic Chemistry, we study about Peptide Synthesis. Peptide synthesis is all about manufacturing or producing peptides, while peptides are organic compounds which are made-up of multiple amino acids through amide bonds. In biological systems these peptides are further joined together to form long chain of peptides, these long chain of peptides is known as proteins (Amino Acids are building blocks of proteins). While the synthesis of proteins from peptides in biological systems is called protein biosynthesis.
