Essential oils with carrier oils are good blend to get relief from headache or migraine. In this article we will try to make the same blend. Carrier Oil: 175 ml coconut oil
Container: Use a dark glass bottle if possible to preserve oil potency.

🧴 How to Use This Oil Blend

Blend Preparation:

Add the above essential oils to your 175 ml coconut oil.

Mix thoroughly and store in a cool, dark place.

Application Methods:

Forehead & Temples Massage: Gently rub a small amount on your temples, forehead, and the back of your neck.

Scalp Massage: For deeper relaxation, massage into the scalp focusing on the right hemisphere.

Inhalation: Rub a few drops on your palms, cup over your nose, and breathe deeply for a few minutes.

Frequency: Use this blend up to 2-3 times daily during headache episodes. Can also be used as a preventive measure.
